Kevin and Suzanne,

This is one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had. We were fortunate to see whales and seals just a few hundred meters from shore on our first day. We’ve flown kites, went for hikes, and went swimming in both the lake and ocean. The weather has been perfect. The house is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and feels like a “home away from home”. It’s hard to believe the transformation that this house has been through. It is very well equipped, and you have obviously put a lot of thought into making sure your guests have an enjoyable stay. We look forward to coming back next year!

June 11-18 2007

After a whirlwind year of wedding planning ,it was a quiet nice place to honeymoon at this beauiful place. Jason fell in love with this house when we were looking for honeymoon cottages and we booked it the next day. It's so nice to see deer right outside your front door. Even though the sun only came out 2 times the whole week, we still had a great time. We hiked to Gaff point twice and we will probably never hike such a neat trail ever again. Our Sophie[she's 3 1/2] would have loved this place,especially the big "tubbie". Hopefully, we will be able to vacation here again,family in tow.

Enjoyed “ Gladee’s” immensely. Great body surfing. Many walks to Gaff Point [ with porcupines up close], beautiful skies, views and hungry trips to LaHave Bakery and to Lunenburg and Mahone Bay. A great part of the world! Thank You.

Dear Kevin and Suzanne

This summer was our 50th anniversary. We celebrated with our children and grandchildren. However as we have a special fondness for Novia Scotia we both decided a week by the sea would be great. [ 6 years ago we had a picnic on Hirtle's Beach and thought "We're coming back sometime".

We have loved our week at Gladee's . It's a beauiful haven down here. You've done a great job with your renovations-quite an undertaking!

We loved the "Remarkable Hike" around Gaff Point. Shelbourne was really interesting. Lunenburg Thrusday. market was a treat-good music too!

Now we move to Lunenburg for the weekend & are going out on the Bluenose Sunday. All the best in the future, Thanks you so much

Loved the beach. Loved the walking and exploring hill and dale. Loved the sound of the surf and the beautiful stones rattling and crackling in the surf. Just loved it all! Thanks!

Thanks Kevin and Suzanne for a fantastic stay at Gladee's! The house is beauiful and the view could not be more picturesque- the ocean,the boardwalk, the sea birds,we even saw 4 deer relaxing on the lawn one evening. Nova Scotia has far exceeded our expections and we will definitely plan a return trip.

Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your wonderful beach home!
